  • Review all documents for pertinent dates, signatures, and contingencies. Submit to the Brokerage system for compliance

  • Pursue completion of all documents.

  • Send introductory email to clients recapping contract details, next steps, and important dates.

  • Remind clients throughout the process, as needed, to ensure deadlines are not missed. Send an introductory email to the cooperating agent confirming dates, times, and financial information.

  • Compile documents and send initial introductions to the Title Company, checking in with them periodically prior to closing to ensure all is on track, while keeping them up to date with any changes or amendments they need.

  • Compile documents and send initial introductions to the Lender, checking in periodically to ensure things are on track for clients to receive closing disclosure by the 72-hour window and provide them with any changes or amendments they need.

  • Follow-up with the buyer's lender 4 days post binding to ensure the loan process has been initiated.

  • Facilitate scheduling of inspections and notify the needed parties.

  • Facilitate setup of the Home Warranty, if needed.

  • Coordinate the final walk through and closing appointments.

  • Work closely with clients during closing week, providing 1 week and 24 hour prior to closing emails with details of closing and what to expect.

  • Work with agents to obtain utility transfer information, if needed.

  • Submit closing documents and any needed checklists to Brokerage after closing.

  • Keep track and remind of deadlines, as needed.

  • Available to answer (or find answers) for client’s questions/concerns and escalate to agents, as needed.
